No. Anyone can order a copy by following the ordering information link as long as they do so by March 31st, 2008. That is the deadline for ordering an autographed copy of the book, any remaining copies after that date will be offered for open sale via different outlets.

When I completed the payment procedure via PayPal, I neglected to include the name of the person to whom the book is to be dedicated, (or didn’t see a note box), is it too late to submit my dedication request?

If you have registered with the Book Pre-order database, you will automatically be included on Simon’s mail-outs when the re-release is ready to ship, so you don’t need to do anything other than wait for Simon to contact you. The release is on schedule and slated for mid-April.
